Simplicity is Genius

Finance shouldn’t feel like rocket science. We break it down into clear, doable steps.

Straight Talk Only

Growth Mindset > Perfection

Mistakes happen. We own them, learn from them, and move on — stronger, smarter, better.

Meet Guillaume Decalf, CEO

With a business school diploma in hand, I began my career in France in 2003 as a consultant specializing in process analysis and optimization. In 2010, I left my job to start a career in San Francisco. I worked in different technology companies, including Amazon and Fitbit.

I discovered a world very different from France. A world where the government does not cover health insurance, retirement, and education. Based on this observation, I did in-depth research on the subject to optimize my financial situation as much as possible, and then that of my compatriots in the same situation. My many successes in this area have brought me new demands outside my circle of friends.

So I got my license (Series 65) and launched Oui Financial, my independent financial planning and investment firm, in 2018. I also have the GFP Designation (cross-border financial planning) and the certificate in blockchain and digital assets (RIADAC).

Meet Smara Savoy

Originally from the French-speaking region of Switzerland, I started my career at Nestlé before moving to the U.S. in 2013. Managing finances across two systems taught me how complex money can be when life spans borders.

After a decade in HR and Talent Acquisition, I turned my curiosity about personal finance into a full-time career. I became a Financial Coach, earned my Series 65 license, and joined We Financial as a Financial Planner and Investment Advisor in 2024.

I help clients make smart, flexible decisions—like diversifying concentrated stock positions, borrowing strategically against investments, or using exchange funds to manage risk. My focus is clear: give people confidence and control over their financial future.

Meet Lindsey Swanson

A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) from the Bay Area, I’ve dedicated my career to financial services—but it wasn’t always an obvious path. Growing up, I was taught that women weren’t naturally good with numbers. Through education and determination, I discovered that financial literacy isn’t a fixed trait but a skill you can develop and strengthen, just like a muscle.

I’m passionate about breaking down barriers and showing others that anyone can master their financial future. After running my own independent firm for three years, I gained invaluable experience building something from the ground up—insights I now bring to helping clients navigate their own journeys.

What drives me is the powerful combination of empathy and strategy that great financial advising requires. Every plan tells a story, and I love understanding not just the numbers, but the dreams and values behind them. My approach centers on building lasting relationships based on trust and clear communication, empowering clients to make confident decisions about their financial futures.

TL;DR

We prioritize your financial interests

We don’t sell financial products.
We don’t receive commissions.
